Policies

• Check in time is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Failure to comply with a timely check out will result in an extra night charge.

• The residencies are a smoke-free environment, no smoking allowed anywhere. A fee of up to 100 USD will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room.

• Residents of the units will be held responsible for any damages.

• No loud music or noise after 9:00 p.m. out of respect for fellow guest.

• There will be a charge of $10 for loss of house key.

• Absolutely no overnight guests.

Payment Policy

• Your information is secure and we do not provide any of your details to others.

• We do not accept debit cards to guarantee reservations, only credit cards will be accepted

• Accepted Payment Options:

  • Cash: US Dollar and colones.

  • Credit card: Visa and MasterCard

  • Wire transfers

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be applied if the guest cancels their reservations at least 48 hours in advance of their expected arrival time. All reservations cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a fee equal to one night stay.

Children Stay Free Policy

Children under six years of age will be allowed to stay, free of charge, in their parent’s room.

Pet policy

• Size and breed: Size restrictions or restrictions on breeds considered dangerous may apply.

• Number of pets: The number of pets per room or per guest may be limited.

• Behavior: Pets are expected to behave appropriately and not disturb other guests.

• Leash: Pets must be kept on a leash in the common areas of the accommodation.

• Cleanliness: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and keeping the room clean.

• Damage: Owners are responsible for any damage their pets may cause.
