By welcoming you to our B&B, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment by following the protocols recommended by the Costa Rican Ministry of Health in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We constantly update ourselves with new information in the hotel sector, to constantly focus on the health and safety of our guests and collaborators.

In our common areas, our trained staff is committed to the well-being of our guests and their own health by cleaning surfaces more frequently and using the recommended cleaning products.

We have also installed hand sanitizing stations with alcohol gel and antibacterial soap in all common areas of the B&B.

We have placed the posters recommended by the Ministry of Health in common areas, reminding guests to respect social distancing and sneezing and hand washing protocols. We also add divisions in the reception and dining room to offer a higher level of caution to our guests and collaborators.

In the rooms, we follow all the protocols recommended by the Ministry of Health. We clean all surfaces (especially those for regular use) with hospital-grade disinfectants and we ensure that the rooms have adequate ventilation on a daily basis to keep them in optimal condition for when guests enter the B&B.

In addition, all our rooms have a sanitizing mat at the front door to disinfect footwear before entering the room.

We are implementing the use of an application so that our clients carry out the Check in and Check out without having to go to the reception, rather than to pay for their accommodation.

In addition we use contactless dataphone so that only the clients manipulate their card when paying.
